1. Availability
Delivery and collection options depend on the product, destination, order value, packaging needs and current service availability.
2. Timelines
Handmade production time and delivery time are confirmed separately. Please share the intended date before placing an order; an enquiry alone does not reserve a production slot.
3. Address accuracy
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. Re-delivery charges may apply when information is incomplete or the recipient is unavailable.
4. Packaging
Products are packed with care for the agreed fulfilment method. Any visible transit damage should be reported promptly with photographs of the package and item.
5. Service area
AVE Cards serves Hyderabad. Availability outside the local service area must be confirmed before ordering.
