Clear information for planning and ordering handmade gifts from AVE Cards.
1. Enquiries and quotations
Website enquiries do not create a confirmed order. Scope, materials, quantity, price, timeline and fulfilment are confirmed directly before work begins.
2. Personalized information
Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, spellings, photographs and final message text supplied for a personalized piece.
3. Handmade variation
Small differences in paper, color, placement and finish are a natural part of handmade work and do not by themselves indicate a defect.
4. Intellectual property
AVE Cards branding, website content and original designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
5. External services
WhatsApp, social media, maps and payment or delivery providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
